很多人會為了達到健身效果而購買健身室會籍。可是,市面上很多健身方案並不恰當:訓練計劃缺乏系統、過度依賴HIIT(高強度間歇訓練)......等。種種因素會增加健身者受傷的風險,亦難以看見訓練的成果。

OWNER'S MESSAGE

I've spent the last decade learning everything I can about training from university study, professional sport and in the trenches experience.

My motivation for building this programme stems from a desire to help people achieve something difficult and meaningful. 

My experience in this gym dates back to walking through the doors as a teenager when Riverside Gym was a unique, no frills facility.

 

Through blasting rock music and clanging cast iron plates, I learned lessons which changed the course of my life. Alongside the value of hard work and commitment, I learned that what we achieve in the gym can fuel our potential outside of it.

That concept drives me to make Real Strength a platform for goal achievement and an anchor in people's lives.
