We have a fully equipped gym with free weight including an Ivanko Olympic bar with Panatta Power Rack & dumbbells up to 48kg, machines including heavy duty Calf Raise, Leg Press, Smith Machine, Lat Pulldown, Cable X-overs etc & the latest CV machines by SportsArt, Concept 2 & Monarch. We also have changing facilities. Our shop sells top quality food supplements, drinks and energy bars.

Translated into English, we are a Jurassic gym with a pile of rusting weights and antiquated steam driven machinery. Suggestions that episodes of Scrapheap Challenge have been filmed here are harsh but fair.

In the shop we have tubs of grim tasting protein, cases of overpriced drinks well past their sell-by date, low-energy bars you could break your teeth on. You will also find the gym boss Myles Irvine.
