We are a fully equipped gym with free weight including an Ivanko Olympic powerlifting bar & Panatta Power Rack, Olympic trap bar, York International Olympic tri-trap bar and about 900lb of Olympic weight. Fixed dumbbells up to 46kg plus Olympic dumbbell rods to go as heavy as you like. Machines including heavy duty Calf Raise, Leg Press, Smith Machine, Lat Pulldown, Pulley row, Hyperextension, Cable X-overs, every handle and bar you can think of & CV machines by SportsArt, Concept 2 & Monarch. We also have changing and showering facilities. Our shop sells top quality food supplements, drinks and energy bars.

Translated into English, we are a Jurassic gym with a pile of rusting weights and antiquated steam driven machinery. Suggestions that episodes of Scrapheap Challenge have been filmed here are harsh but fair.

In the shop we have tubs of grim tasting protein, cases of overpriced drinks well past their sell-by date plus low-energy bars you could break your teeth on. You will also find the gym boss Myles Irvine.
