Duncan is one of UK's best Masters swimmers. Aged 61 he currently holds 6 World Records and 13 UK records. He popped over to the gym to swap tips with Owen and to find out a bit more about the land training we do. A fun day. Both Duncan and Owen are sponsored by TYR.
