Gym Boss Myles Irvine claims in earlier years to have played many sports from rugby to windsurfing- all to a very low standard. For the last 26 years however he has sat behind the gym desk doing nothing. The business meanwhile of course runs itself. Mid afternoon he can usually be found asleep out the back, in which case please train quietly. Being a Scotsman his generosity is of course legendary. He grows passion flowers and edits the Passiflora Online Journal when not at the gym.
