Established in 1983, we are a small independent traditional gym with an unmatched reputation for customer care & results. To our disbelief there is a 4 star review of the gym here. We will promise anything to get you to sign up but we do get results! No contracts or Direct Debits - instead pay per visit or take out any length of membership you wish. Memberships include instruction and one2one is available by appointment with one of the world's greatest coaches, or the gym boss Myles Irvine, depending on who is available.

Beginners, ladies, oldies & under 18's are all welcome. We will help you achieve your goals e.g. fat reduction, bodybuilding, rehabilitation, improved sports performance & stress reduction. We can also help you pass fitness tests for the Police, Fire Brigade and Armed Forces including the Royal Marines.

Members include actors, actresses, athletes, belly dancers, bodybuilders, boxers, dancers, golfers, footballers, kite surfers, martial artists, models, pole vaulters, real tennis players, rugby players, sky divers, swimmers, windsurfers plus ordinary folk.
