You can pay per visit and memberships of any length are available! Discounts for low income/students etc. We are a small independent traditional gym, established in 1983, with an unmatched reputation for customer care & results. That's what we tell ourselves anyway. Beginners, ladies and oldies are particularly welcome. Tell us what your goals are and we will help you achieve them. Probably. Our members range from 10-75 years old & from the very unfit to elite athletes. We particularly specialise in land training for competitive swimmers, including Commonwealth Games Welsh sprint swimmer Owen Morgan.
